Each 7 chakras bracelet is handmade with love and contains the following raw gemstone beads (6-8mm size): red garnet, carnelian, citrine, prehnite, blue apatite, tanzanite, and amethyst. The bracelet band is woven with waxed hypoallergenic cording in your choice of color.
It is recommended that our handmade bracelets be removed prior to showering or swimming to maintain their best quality. However, the waxed cording is waterproof and so occasional exposure to water is no issue!

MEASURING YOUR WRIST:
Using a measuring tape, measure your wrist at the location where you will most likely wear the bracelet. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of thin paper strip. Simply wrap the paper strip around your wrist and mark with the pen where it starts to overlap. Lay the paper strip flat and measure its length up to the pen mark with a ruler. Round your wrist size result to the nearest 1/4". That number will be your 'Wrist Size'.
