Shipping Information
Braceley & Co., operating under STARFISH CHILDREN'S HOMES LLC (Braceley & Co.), is committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all customers. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended by a few additional business days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or telephone using the information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable information may result in additional processing delays of 1–2 business days. We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing checkout to help avoid unnecessary delays.
We currently ship only within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail for a flat shipping fee of $10. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Packages may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Most shipments are delivered directly to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, the final delivery decision rests with the carrier. If the carrier determines that it is not safe to leave the package unattended, they may hold the package at a local postal facility or attempt delivery at a later date. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package whenever possible.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation may take up to 48 hours to arrive. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and shipment details. Tracking information may take 1–4 business days to become available through the carrier's tracking system. In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed even though the package remains in transit. If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us for assistance.
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, and your local post office before contacting us.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@braceley.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once order processing has begun. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may offer reshipment to the correct address or provide a refund, subject to our policies.

Braceley & Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by customers. To ensure prompt and successful delivery, customers should verify all shipping information before completing their purchase.
Braceley & Co. is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Be sure to retain all original packaging materials and damaged items, as these may be required by the carrier during the claims process.
