Braceley & Co purchase has a satisfaction guarantee. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to be able to provide proof of purchase, usually in the form of your order confirmation email

To start a return, simply contact us at hello@braceley.com  and follow the steps there. If your return is approved, we’ll send you an email to confirm the return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Information to include in our return center:

  1. Your name and address (or order number.)
  2. Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If one item is defective please include the description and photos of the defect.
  3. Tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@braceley.com or call us at +1 775 640 5823. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or photographs if applicable.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return label to be generated.

What items are returnable

    Within 30 days from the date of purchase

  1. In unused and resellable condition
  2. In the original packaging with all the tags intact

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

What items are non-refundable

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Discounted items (if applicable) 

The item I received is damaged

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Can the items be exchanged

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

 

Cancellations

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. We usually send our orders for fulfillment (packaging and shipping) within a maximum of 12 hours after receiving your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Note that the order processing can be quick and it is customer service who have the final say on the ability to cancel the order. A 45 days delivery

All products that have not been delivered within 45 business days are eligible for full refund or reshipment.

We offer our customers a security of 45 business days. If in the worst case scenario, your order does not arrive after a wait of 45 business days, we will refund or reship your order.

We do not process refunds because your parcel did not arrive before a specific desired date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

How soon will I get my refund

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
