Why can't the AIR COMPRESSION INTENSITY BUTTON be adjusted when the AIR COMPRESSION MODE BUTTON is turned off??
It is because the AIR COMPRESSION INTENSITY BUTTON and AIR COMPRESSION MODE BUTTON are interconnected. The INTENSITY can only be controlled within the framework of a specific MODE. Therefore, when the MODE is turned off, the INTENSITY cannot be adjusted either.
Under what circumstances should I not use it?

How does this product work?
There are 3+3 airbags inside the leg massager, which will be inflated and deflated to simulate the kneading and squeezing like human hands. lt can relax muscles, increase circulation, and relieve fatigue. Note: It does not provide a shiatsu function as there are no rollers inside the device.
Can it be used for other parts than feet and calves?
It is only for feet and calves. Use in other parts may cause an accident or injury.

What should I do if I feel the massage intensity is too strong or light?
There are 3 intensities of air pressure to select via the control panel. Please select the air compression intensity that is fit for you. You can also adjust the intensity by changing the tightness of the velcro on the wraps.
The air in the massager does not exhaust.
If a lot of air remains in the airbag, it may take some time to exhaust. Turn off the device and wait for a while for the air to escape naturally.
Can I use only one leg?
Yes, the leg massagers are equipped with independent controls, enabling their use on either one leg or both legs. Just put them on and effortlessly adjust the settings using the control panel.
Will it work with 220-240V?
Yes, it is rated 100V-240V, so it will work.
Can it be used in bed?
Yes, you can.
Can you by-pass the 15-minute timer function and have it just run without having to reset it?
No, the 15-minute shut-down is automatic, for safety reasons.
Does it use batteries?
This wireless foot massager is equipped with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, eliminating the need for installing batteries or connecting any wires during use. When the battery indicator turns red, simply use a Type-C data cable to recharge it.
Why does the leg massager make a sound?
The sound comes from the working air pump in the controller, providing air continuously to the airbags in the wraps. It's a normal phenomenon.
